Toby Mock

Toby joined Acubed in 2019 and currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s legal and compliance functions including corporate governance, ethics & compliance, strategic transactions, regulatory, intellectual property, and employment. Prior to joining Acubed, Toby was with WilmerHale LLP where he was a corporate litigator and advised leading high-tech companies on intellectual property and other legal matters. Toby holds a B.S. from Boston University and received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He enjoys all things outdoors including skiing, hiking, and fishing. When not in the mountains or on the water, you can catch him at Fenway Park enjoying a Red Sox game with his two boys.
