She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and holds a Master's degree in foreign languages and translation from Donetsk National University. Additionally, Olga is an iPEC coach with a focus on leadership coaching, empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve their professional goals. With her dedication to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces, Olga is committed to making a positive impact on both individuals and organizations alike.
Olga's career began in Ukraine, where she worked in tech companies and supported multicultural diverse teams across Europe and the Americas. Since relocating to California with her family in 2013, she has been instrumental in shaping HR and Talent Acquisition strategies to align with organizational goals.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Olga enjoys hiking on nature trails with her husband, their little son and their San Francisco SPCA adopted dog. She also finds joy in cooking world cuisine and exploring new places and cultures around the globe.
