At Airbus Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), we are designing, developing and building the critical infrastructure necessary to allow new aircraft, including air taxis and delivery drones, to safely enter and share the skies of our future. The Opportunity

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a strong and flexible player within our development team, applying your skills to tackle the myriad of projects that lay in our future. Be it a new frontend for a customer-facing application, or working on the supporting backend, you’ll be on the forefront of our development operations.


  • Be a flexible member of our development team, taking on diverse projects in both the frontend and backend to advance the state of unmanned flight
  • Develop both the customer-facing interfaces and web backends with your team to produce functional services, utilizing technologies such as Python, Golang and Javascript, and specifically Cesium and React frameworks
  • Support and be supported by your project team
  • Work with designers and product managers to define and achieve clear objectives
  • Build quality, testability and maintainability as part of your work
  • Advocate for good frontend development and design practices


  • Have 2-3 years development experience
  • Be a generalist with experience in diverse languages and technologies
  • Experience with Javascript, React, Vite, CSS, Golang, Python, GraphQL and  PostgreSQL  
  • Have a desire to work with an ambitious team in a fast-paced environment with strong values in sustainable development
  • Have delivered multiple distributed SaaS product features from start all the way into sustainment
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating with them
  • Familiarity with frontend unit and integration testing frameworks
  • Excited to learn about cutting-edge technologies, workflows and patterns
  • Documented proof of fully vaccinated status required (or qualify for an exemption)
